We do not offer refunds, only store credit or exchange within 14 days with receipt. Final sale on the following items: Costumes, wigs, costume accessories, tights, gloves, hats, capes, makeup, masks, props, weapons, all seasonal products, anything not in a sealed package, and any open or used items.
Refunds will not be offered for any balloon orders that are cancelled without 24 hour notice. All balloon orders must be paid in advance. Balloons without payment will not be inflated.
No refunds for helium tank rentals. If a tank is returned with helium no credit or refund will be given for unused helium.
